To keep your jewelry clean and in good condition, gently wipe off residues and oils with a soft, 100% cotton lint-free cloth after each wearing.

Storage

To help prevent sterling silver from tarnishing, store your jewelry in an airtight container such as a plastic zip-lock bag. Store each piece individually to prevent tangling.

Cleaning Instructions

When your jewelry becomes dull or tarnished wipe it down with a jewelry polishing cloth. A polishing cloth can be purchased at most jewelry stores or counters. For deeper tarnish, soak your jewelry in a mixture of warm water and a few drops of mild liquid soap for 2-3 minutes, then gently brush with a soft bristled toothbrush if needed. Be sure to rinse and dry thoroughly prior to re-storing.

Special Considerations

Soaking jewelry that contains soft stones such as opals, coral, fluorite, lapis lazuli, pearls, or turquoise is not recommended. Extended soaking may harm the polish on these stones, or may even discolor them. Instead, wipe the stones down with a little soapy water or use a polishing cloth.

Repairs

Handcrafted jewelry is very delicate and occasionally may break. I will repair a damaged item free of charge up to 60 days from the date of purchase. Please save any stones that may have come loose and email me with your information. After 60 days a nominal fee may be charged for repairs.
